Terms of Service
These public terms summarize the service. Before any deposit, we provide a reservation agreement with the final package price, ownership and agency terms, cohort partners, delivery plan, refund rules, and remedies. If these public terms conflict with a signed reservation agreement, the signed agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
Reservations & payments
A $500 deposit reserves your goat. The remainder is paid either monthly ($300/month on autopay, July through April — $300/mo for All-Inclusive or $200/mo for Self-Harvest) or in full ($3,500 for All-Inclusive or $2,500 for Self-Harvest). Families reserving after July can either catch up on elapsed months in their first payment or set up a customized monthly plan to cover the balance by Eid, with no installment surcharge and no late fees. All payments must be completed 30 days before Eid al-Adha. The $500 deposit is non-refundable. Cancel up to 60 days before Eid for a full refund of all monthly payments.
Our commitment
We raise your assigned goat on our Snohomish farm and provide the updates, calls, and visits described on this site. If your assigned goat is lost, we provide a replacement of equal quality from our mortality reserve.
Processing & delivery
Under the All-Inclusive plan, Qurbani is performed by a trained zabiha slaughterman in accordance with the Sunnah at the USDA-inspected, halal-compliant facility identified in the signed reservation agreement. After the order is fully frozen and released, we arrange tracked insulated delivery across the continental United States or local pickup. Delivery timing is confirmed in writing and is not guaranteed to be overnight or to arrive on Eid day.
Ownership & agency
The reservation agreement states when ownership of the assigned goat transfers and authorizes the farm and contracted processor to act on your behalf for care, transport, Qurbani, processing, and fulfillment. The animal may not be resold or used outside the agreed service without written approval.
Partners, dates & changes
A processor, imam adviser, zabiha slaughterman, carrier, or schedule is not final until confirmed in writing. Eid dates are moon-dependent. Animal welfare, weather, processor capacity, carrier disruption, or regulatory requirements may require a change. We communicate material changes promptly and apply the remedy stated in the reservation agreement.
On-farm self-harvest
This Washington-only option is subject to written confirmation of ownership, property and zoning requirements, site safety, scheduling, waste handling, and any required waivers. Customers perform the physical slaughter and butchering themselves; farm staff do not assist. The final operating rules are provided before a deposit.
Receiving a frozen shipment
You are responsible for providing a correct serviceable address, monitoring tracking, arranging prompt receipt, and moving the product to a freezer. Do not consume meat you believe is unsafe. Photograph and report damage or unsafe product immediately within the reporting window in your reservation agreement so the stated remedy can be evaluated.
